Seyfarth’s Hong Kong Office to Register as Hong Kong Local Law Firm

Seyfarth’s Hong Kong office will officially register as a local law firm and cease to be a Registered Foreign Law Firm in Hong Kong on November 19, 2020.

As Seyfarth’s Asia Pacific regional hub since its launch in 2017, the firm’s Hong Kong office has been advising its global client base both on cross-border corporate and commercial projects, as well as on international and regional employment law matters. With this localization, Seyfarth will be fully able to practice and advise on Hong Kong law.

“Localizing as a Hong Kong law firm will help us support clients with the ever-increasing demand for multi-jurisdictional corporate, commercial, and employment assistance across the Asia Pacific region,” said Raymond Wong, office managing partner of Seyfarth’s Hong Kong office.
