Seyfarth’s Robert Nobile Receives LifeWay Network’s 2021 Freedom Award

Robert J. Nobile, partner in Seyfarth’s Labor & Employment department in New York, received the 2021 Freedom Award from the LifeWay Network.

Nobile provides pro-bono counsel for LifeWay Network, doing his part to create a world free from human trafficking. He stands in solidarity with women survivors worldwide. Nobile received the award at LifeWay Network’s Event Towards New Life 2021 virtual celebration of the resilience of women survivors and its shared commitment to ending human trafficking on May 13th.

LifeWay Network’s mission is to combat human trafficking by providing safe housing for women who have been trafficked, and to offer education about human trafficking to the general public. Since its founding in 2007, LifeWay Network has collaborated with agencies and social service providers to find a new way of life for women trafficking survivors. Since its start, LifeWay Network has offered short-term emergency housing, and in 2012 opened its first long-term transitional safe house. You can read more here.
