Seyfarth’s Scott Hecker Testifies Before US House Education & Labor Committee

WASHINGTON, D.C. - On Tuesday, October 26, Seyfarth’s Scott Hecker testified before the US House of Representatives Education & Labor Committee’s joint subcommittee (Workforce Protections & Civil Rights and Human Services) hearing, “Protecting Lives and Livelihoods: Vaccine Requirements and Employee Accommodations”. Hecker advises clients and litigates on their behalf under numerous federal labor laws, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act, Mine Safety and Health Act, Black Lung Benefits Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, and Service Contract Act. He previously worked for the US Department of Labor and has a unique understanding of trial and appellate litigation, rulemaking, client advice, and agency strategic planning.
