Seyfarth’s Tracy Billows Named a National Law Journal 2021 “Trailblazer” for Employment Law

Tracy Billows, partner in Seyfarth’s Labor & Employment department and co-managing partner of the Chicago office, was named a 2021 “Trailblazer” for Employment Law by the National Law Journal.

In her profile, the National Law Journal writes:

Billows is a partner at Seyfarth Shaw and a core member of its COVID-19 task force, which provided innovative solutions for the firm’s response to challenges brought by the pandemic. She led the task force in creating platforms and communication streams used internally and by clients, including a comprehensive COVID-19 tracker and the Return to Work Template Policies & Form repository.

The repository Billows developed included guides for employers on topics including confirmed COVID-19 work action plans, staffing firm business continuity plans, a return-to-work guide on privacy, cyber and information governance and more.

Billows also worked with the Society for Human Resource Management to author the ‘Paid Family Leave White Paper,’ which focused on core family leave programs.
