Shamim Mohandessi and Keyi Wang to Speak at the Washington State Bar Association's Critical Tools and Practice Tips for the Outside General Counsel Event

Shamim Mohandessi and Keyi Wang, associates in Seyfarth's Corporate department, will serve as co-presenters for the session “Corporate Governance and Succession Planning” at the Washington State Bar Association's Critical Tools and Practice Tips for the Outside General Counsel virtual event on September 28.

The focus of the larger program is on how a business law practitioner can provide a General Counsel mindset to their clients. A more strategic, General Counsel mindset gives a business an enhanced legal perspective, making them more competitive in the market. The event will cover why this matters and then dig into key practice areas that present risk to businesses that the General Counsel has a unique ability to proactively and more fully and systematically address.
