Shanghai Team Presented on "Corporate Restructuring and Rightsizing"

Our Shanghai team presented on "Corporate Restructuring and Rightsizing" on September 24th at a round-table discussion held by the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai.  Amanda Hu, an Associate in the Shanghai Office, provided practical insights on how to design a staff restructuring plan, address exceptional incidents and mitigate the after-effects from redundancy.  It was attended by more than 40 representatives of AmCham Shanghai’s corporate members.
