Supreme Court Update: Trump Announces Nomination Of Judge Neil Gorsuch To U.S. Supreme Court – What Employers Need To Know

On Tuesday, February 1, 2017, President Trump announced the selection of Judge Neil Gorsuch to the U.S. Supreme Court. Judge Gorsuch sits on the U.S. Court of Appeal for the 10th Circuit. If confirmed by the Senate, Judge Gorsuch would fill the vacancy to replace Justice Scalia.
