The Legal 500 United States 2023 Ranks Five Seyfarth Practices as “Top Tier” and Recommends 15 Others; 84 Seyfarth Lawyers Recognized as “Standouts”

Seyfarth Shaw LLP has been ranked as a “Top Tier Firm” in five practice areas and recommended in 15 other practices in 2023 edition of The Legal 500 United States. In addition, 84 individual Seyfarth lawyers were recognized for their “standout contribution” to their respective practices.

The five top tier practices, all national, include three from Labor and Employment (Labor-Management Relations, Immigration, and Workplace and Employment Counseling), along with Construction Real Estate (including construction litigation) and Corporate – Mergers, Acquisitions and Buyouts (M&A Middle Market, sub $500 million).

The other ranked practice areas include six in Tier 2: Dispute Resolution - E-Discovery; Intellectual Property - Trade Secrets (litigation and non-contentious matters); Labor and Employment - ERISA litigation; Labor and Employment – Employee benefits, executive compensation and retirement plans: design; Labor and Employment disputes (including collective actions): defense; and Tax (not for profit and tax exempt organizations).

The 84 recommended Seyfarth lawyers include six Hall of Famers:
