Fear holds power … the power to paralyze or the power to propel you forward. We all experience fear—in our personal lives and in our professional lives as well. Fear has only the power given to it—by you. In this webinar, we look at our fears, how we are giving them power over ourselves, and how to move that power in a more positive direction.

Dani Sanchez, Counsel, Seyfarth
Dani Sanchez has spent the majority of her career in-house and joined Seyfarth Shaw in 2019 as part of the Innovative Staffing Team where she works flex hours. This flexibility has been crucial in balancing life as a lawyer with her blended family of 7 and her passion of running ultramarathons. Her legal passions include employment law counseling and wage and hour issues. She also dedicates her time to issues of diversity and inclusion in the legal field. In 2010, she founded the Latina Lawyers Network, an organization dedicated to fostering a network of Latina attorneys in the Houston area. Her passion for public speaking and presenting started with her first speech competition when she was 7 years old (she won 2nd place) and has served her well as both a teacher and an attorney.
