Thomas Posey was quoted in a January 14 story from Law360, “Unions, Fast-Food Workers Fuel $15 Minimum Wage Debate.” Posey said advocating for both a $15 minimum wage and increased unionization at the same time may ultimately create an internal contradiction for unions in the long run.
