Seyfarth is pleased to announce that three of the firm’s lawyers - Ana Cid (International Employment Law Partner – New York and London), Lilah Wylde (Labor and Employment Associate – San Francisco), and Raymond Tran (Real Estate Associate - Atlanta) have been selected to the 2024 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD).

The Fellows program stated Cid has distinguished herself within her organization “by being deeply engaged, indispensable to key clients and teams, invested in attorney mentoring and professional development, and on a trajectory toward leadership positions.”

The LCLD Fellows program offers high-potential, mid-career attorneys at LCLD Member organizations with professional and personal development opportunities as well as leadership training, relationship-building resources and access to other LCLD Members, including managing partners and general counsel, for mentoring and guidance.

Wylde and Tran, by being selected as Pathfinders, have been identified “as early-career emerging leaders in their own right who have distinguished—or have the potential to distinguish—themselves within their organizations.”

The seven-month Pathfinder program provides participants from LCLD Member organizations with the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession as well as career development experts and is designed to connect and train high-potential, early-career attorneys with foundational leadership skills and relationship-building resources.
