Tracee Davis to Speak at Eileen Bransten Institute on Complex Commercial Litigation

On November 16, 2026, Seyfarth partner Tracee Davis will serve as a panelist at the Eileen Bransten Institute on Complex Commercial Litigation at Fordham University School of Law.

Presented by the Commercial Division Advisory Council (CDAC), the Institute is an educational initiative for Commercial Division and Appellate Division judges focused on complex issues related to commercial litigation. Its annual program brings together judges, practitioners, and academics to discuss significant developments affecting New York commercial litigation.

Tracee will participate in a panel examining how law firms are using artificial intelligence in modern commercial litigation and the implications of those developments for judicial case management and the administration of complex business disputes.

Joining Tracee on the panel will be Mari Grace of Debevoise & Plimpton, Kevin Schwartz of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, and Commercial Division Justice Joel Cohen.
