Tracy Billows Discusses White House’s Move to Narrow EEOC Pregnancy Bias Rules in Bloomberg Law

Bloomberg Law quoted Tracy Billows in its article, “EEOC Pregnancy Bias Rules’ Scope Primed to Shrink Under Trump,” on July 8. Billows discussed how, within the first year of the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) regulations taking effect, there has been an increase in pregnancy accommodation charges.

“There’s been an uptick, for instance, in accommodation requests for postpartum depression, adding workers feel more comfortable making those requests in light of the current final rule.”
