U.S. Chamber of Commerce Testifies Before Senate HELP Committee on Paycheck Fairness Act

Earlier this week, the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor & Pensions (HELP) held an important full committee hearing on The Paycheck Fairness Act (S. 84), which would expand the scope of the Equal Pay Act in an effort to resolve alleged pay disparities between men and women. Seyfarth’s Camille Olson testified at the hearing on behalf of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where she serves as Chairwoman of its policy advisory committee on equal employment opportunity.
