USCIS Announces that H-1B U.S. Master's Degree Exemption Cap has been Reached

U.S. Citzenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced this week that it has received enough H-1B petitions to meet the "Exemption" cap of 20,000 visas for Fiscal year 2006.  This exemption is for individuals who hold U.S. Master's degrees or higher degrees.
