As efforts to increase the numbers of fully-vaccinated individuals continues, and employers seek to bring more people safely back to the workplace, employer vaccination polices are making headlines.  With the Biden Administration’s latest COVID-19 Action Plan, all employers with 100+ employees are now required to ensure their workers are vaccinated or tested weekly. In this webinar Seyfarth attorneys discuss the vaccine mandates and what it means for employers vaccination policies moving forward.

Topics covered include:

  • Vaccine Mandates and what they mean: designing the Vaccine plan that’s right for your business.
  • What legal challenges to expect related to Executive Orders and Mandates.
  • Policy considerations, including announcing the vaccine policy and testing requirements.
  • Accommodations strategies: preparing for requests and operationalizing work flow.

Seyfarth is also pleased to offer a Vaccine Policy Playbook, a practical tool for employers embarking on or continuing down this path.
