Valerie Hoffman is quoted in a May 27 story from Law360 on the DOL's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs’ (OFCCP) revised guidelines that look to update decades-old regulations on sex discrimination and harmonize them with the current state of the law. Hoffman also commented on another OFCCP rule that would call on contractors and subcontractors to give the DOL summary data on their employee compensation, including data broken down by sex, race, ethnicity and specified job categories.
