Seyfarth's ADA statistics were referenced in a June 22 story from the Port Charlotte Sun, "Charlotte County to pay $10,500 over ADA lawsuit; make website more accessible." These website accessibility lawsuits nearly tripled last year across the country. According to Seyfarth, there were 814 website accessibility cases in 2017.
