Tracy Billows was quoted in an August 7 story from Bloomberg Law, "Employers Take New Approaches in #MeToo Era," on her panel appearance at the American Bar Association's 2018 annual conference. Billows said that workplace leaders are not focusing merely on compliance with federal and state laws, but also on what conduct is appropriate in a workplace, even conduct that isn’t technically illegal.
