Kristina Launey quoted in the San Francisco Chronicle

Kristina Launey was quoted in a December 31 article from the San Francisco Chronicle, "New California harassment laws take effect Jan. 1," on SB826 which requires any publicly traded company that has its principal executive office in California to have at least one female director by the end of 2019. Launey said that, unless it’s challenged (in court), California-based public corporations will have to do some work to get women on boards by compliance deadlines. You can read the full article here.
