Lawrence Lorber was quoted in an April 25 story from MarketWatch, "Companies must hand over data on how they pay men vs. women by September, judge says." Lorber said that this was a harsh ruling and it didn’t really reflect an understanding that it’s employers who are left to collect the data. He said the burden is on the employer.
