Alisha offers practical guidance to assist clients with the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit plans. She helps clients customize new and existing employee benefit plans to fit their evolving employee populations.

Alisha addresses a broad array of legal issues relating to the design, drafting, and operation of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and executive compensation arrangements. She assists clients with corresponding with the Internal Revenue Service, US Department of Labor, and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation regarding plan corrections, plan terminations, audits, plan qualification submissions, and other legal matters.

Alisha works closely with a myriad of different-sized employers across various industries. When assisting clients, she leverages her background working in-house at a Fortune 200 company, as well as her law firm experience.
