Amy has served as both in-house and outside counsel, focusing on complex commercial transactions. This background provides her with a unique insight into the priorities and challenges of business organizations. Amy assists clients in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional commercial agreements for the purchase of products and services, including technology-based, master purchasing and services, and scope of work agreements. She supports cross-functional client business teams in all aspects of procurement and procurement-related matters, such as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating competitive bidding documents, proposals, and responses to proposals for several products and services, as well as providing direct support to client procurement teams in reviewing internal business practices, policy, and guidelines.

Amy also advises clients on matters of federal and state statutory and regulatory compliance, transactional dispute resolution, organizational policy and guidance review, drafting, and interpretation, as well as various facilities and construction matters, including contract administration and management of different construction project delivery methods.
