She also assists clients with addressing accommodation challenges in the workplace. Ashley also has experience with both small and large reductions in force (RIF), including assisting clients in planning and implementing staff reorganizations and reductions; guiding employers in establishing effective RIF selection processes including comparative ranking; deciding on appropriate decisional units; drafting OWBPA notices; facilitating adverse impact analyses; and also, navigating the complexities of state and federal WARN Act requirements.

Ashley initially joined the firm as part of the Labor & Employment department’s fellowship program, an innovative training-focused program for law students with an affinity for labor and employment law.
