Ashley is a skilled associate with comprehensive experience in handling a diverse range of complex commercial disputes. Ashley’s practice spans multiple areas of commercial litigation, including tort litigation, trade secrets, real estate disputes, premises liability, sexual harassment, and post-conviction criminal matters.

With a strong focus on resolving high-stakes matters, Ashley has successfully represented clients in tort litigation, including cases involving personal injury and business-related claims. In the realm of trade secrets, Ashley assists clients in protecting their proprietary information and navigating disputes related to intellectual property theft or misappropriation. Her work in real estate disputes covers a broad spectrum, from contract disputes to property rights and development-related issues. Additionally, she has substantial experience in defending sexual harassment claims. 

Ashley’s diverse practice area also includes representing individuals in post-conviction criminal matters, helping clients pursue appeals, sentence reductions, and other forms of post-conviction relief. Ashley successfully litigated two cases in front of the California Board of Parole Hearings, and both clients were released from prison after more than 25 years served. 

Her ability to navigate complex legal challenges and her dedication to achieving positive outcomes for clients make Ashley a trusted advocate in all aspects of commercial litigation.
