She represents institutional investors, lenders, developers, and owners in the acquisition, disposition, financing, reinvestment, leasing, and development of multifamily, retail, office, and industrial assets.
Her practice is particularly focused on sophisticated financings and large-scale, multi-asset transactions. Catherine regularly structures and negotiates lender-side and borrower-side deals, including construction loans, portfolio financings, and redevelopment projects involving multiple stakeholders and layered considerations. She has experience guiding transactions involving significant portfolios and high-value developments, as well as acquisitions of large-scale land and corporate campuses.
