More About Christine

The demand for insurance products—such as representations and warranty, contingent, and tax insurance—has exponentially increased in connection with M&A deals, and these products have become analogous to other historically common sources of funding for the involved parties. Christine advises clients on the legal matters of transactional liability insurance. She investigates her clients’ legal issues, and helps them find strategies to resolve complex litigation challenges.

Christine represents domestic and international insurers, and focuses on transactional liability insurance coverage matters, primarily representations and warranties or indemnification and warranties, contingent, political risk and trade credit, in addition to financial institutions, directors’ and officers’ errors and omissions, and cyber and professionals’ errors and omissions.

Christine has worked as an in-house specialist, and at insurance-coverage firms. Her background provides her with unique insight into the legal challenges commonly faced by insurers in connection with the issuance of policies through the resolution of claims.
