Dallin develops strategies for resolving complex litigation disputes and government investigations with limited disruption to his clients' ongoing business.

More About Dallin

When faced with a lawsuit or government investigation, Dallin helps formulate the best strategy to ensure success, while limiting disruption to his clients' business. When necessary, he prosecutes lawsuits on behalf of employers seeking to protect their valuable trade secrets and confidential information. Time is of the essence in those cases, and his clients rely on him to provide swift, aggressive counsel to prevent disclosure of their trade secrets that could cause potentially irreparable harm to their business.

Dallin has experience working with nearly every litigation practice group at Seyfarth, including trade secrets and noncompete litigation, securities and financial litigation, franchise and distribution litigation, and real estate litigation. His work in diverse matters with different levels of responsibilities has provided him with many opportunities early in his career to develop valuable skills and experience to handle matters both large and small.

With exposure to trials and arbitrations, Dallin has developed skills that many attorneys do not get until much later in their careers. For example, he once helped secure a complete defense verdict for a full-service investment bank and self-clearing broker dealer in a 39-day FINRA arbitration involving claims brought by the family of a sitting US congressman, seeking over $68 million in investment losses.

Dallin recognizes that, in today's legal industry, being a great litigator requires knowledge of the latest technologies and tools to provide the most effective legal counsel. By using the latest review tools, he has been able to oversee large-scale document productions without breaking his clients' litigation budget.

Dallin enjoys working at Seyfarth because it provides access to large firm resources and clients while, at the same time, giving opportunities to take on greater responsibility for each case.

"Compared to my peers at other large firms, I am provided with substantially more trial and arbitration experience. That experience benefits clients who can rely on associate level attorneys to handle all aspects of their case in a cost-efficient and cost-effective manner."
