Hannah represents corporate clients in employment-based immigration services, including obtaining immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, specifically with H, L, E, and TN visa, PERM labor certifications, I-140 immigrant petitions, and adjustment of status processes. She evaluates and analyzes her clients’ eligibility for immigration benefits and provides strategic legal solutions accordingly.

Hannah’s experience as a corporate immigration lawyer, human rights advocate, and court clerk has given her insight into the depths of immigration law and the unique ways to confront new legal challenges for clients.
