Employers constantly need to review, renew, and adapt to changing legal landscapes, both locally, statewide, and across the nation. Jacob guides clients through these laws so that they can address the needs of both their employees and their customers.
Jacob formulates innovative legal strategies to tackle a wide range of employment-related litigation. He has experience defending clients in both state and federal court, as well as administrative tribunals, on issues including allegations of harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, discrimination, and violations of Washington state’s Equal Pay & Opportunities Act, among others. He leverages his analytical skills to help clients fulfill their key metrics and objectives.
In addition, Jacob assists employers in matters related to workplace safety and health compliance and litigation, at the federal, state, and local level. He advises employers across industries with respect to OSHA inspections, whistleblower actions, and defends them in enforcement actions and litigation.
