Jacob has experience advising clients across industries in all aspects of real estate transactions for industrial, data center, build-to-suit, and mixed-use projects, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and finance. In addition, he has experience advising developers and owners on land use and zoning issues with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.
Prior to joining private practice, Jacob had in-house experience at a Fortune 500 company managing an international real estate portfolio, so he understands many of the unique challenges his clients face, and the need for practical, business-focused solutions to complex problems.
