A former practicing attorney, Jared worked on various transactional and litigation intellectual property matters with two different esteemed boutique law firms. He has consulting experience, designing and developing software solutions to meet varied and complex client needs. Jared has also used artificial intelligence (AI) and automation to deliver patent law services at a venture-backed legal startup.
Jared has an education in both electrical engineering and law. He possesses both the technical background to develop cutting-edge solutions and an appreciation of the context and application of those solutions toward the legal profession. In addition, Jared is a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (Enterprise Applications and Windows), and a graduate of the US Patent and Trademark Office Patent Training Academy.
Jared enjoys working with the Labs team to solve problems and shows attorneys and clients new possibilities. His favorite part is hearing the "wow" when someone sees something new that they didn't know was possible.
