Jason helps clients navigate the legal considerations that shape commercial real estate transactions. By pairing extensive legal experience with a practical understanding of the market, he spots potential issues early and identifies opportunities for strategic advantage so clients can stay focused on their goals.
Throughout his career, Jason has maintained a varied practice built on his extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing; real estate finance; and renewable energy project finance. He serves a diverse clientele, from publicly traded international technology companies to regional developers and sponsors to boutique video game developers and studios.
Among clients, Jason is renowned for fostering collaborative relationships to get a deeper understanding of how real estate aligns with their goals and objectives. In his real estate finance practice, he advises both borrowers and financial institutions in construction, permanent, and mezzanine debt financing. Jason also represents both financial institutions and investors in loan workouts, forbearances, and other distressed debt transactions.
