Jason is a versatile real estate practitioner with over two decades of experience across a wide spectrum of transactional matters. His practice spans commercial leasing, sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, financings (both debt and equity), restructurings and workouts, as well as management, construction, and architect agreements.

Jason has extensive experience in office and industrial leasing, having negotiated a broad range of long term leases throughout New York City and across major US markets. He has also represented major New York property owners in significant office and retail leasing transactions citywide.

In the data center sector, Jason has represented a major hyperscaler in some of the industry’s largest and most complex data center transactions, encompassing more than 3.0 GW of build to suit data center development deals. He has served as lead counsel on multiple long term data center leases, guiding clients through highly technical negotiations. Jason also has experience with offshore wind projects.

Known for his ability to navigate numerous facets of real estate law, Jason brings a high caliber “big law” skill set to clients across industries, including office, retail, hospitality, life sciences, industrial, and multifamily.

Jason was elected a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL) in 2024. He serves as co chair of the Commercial Leasing Committee of the New York State Bar Association, and a member of its Real Property Law Section Executive Committee. He is also past chair of the Real Property Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association, of which he continues to serve as a member.
