She has advised global employers on the full range of employment law issues, including problematic terminations, negotiated separation agreements, restrictive covenant disputes and litigation, defending claims in the labour tribunal and courts, discrimination issues, grievances and disciplinaries, performance issues, sickness absence, redundancies and restructuring, and data privacy.
Kathryn believes smart legal strategy, paired with a practical approach, is key to successfully managing a global workforce. She works with international firms to implement partnership programmes, coordinate global employee handbook reviews, and draft template employment documents.
