Clients need proactive advice and counsel when growing or restructuring their workforces. They also need advice and assistance in drafting policies or structuring their processes to comply with the latest developments in federal and state law. Kim advises clients in a practical, efficient manner on compliance with all applicable labor and employment laws by drafting policies and agreements, and conducting investigations, audits, and training.

Kim's experience for more than two decades in counseling clients on labor and employment matters speaks volumes. From her prior experience as an in-house vice president and senior counsel at Citigroup, she also gained valuable insight and practical skills to help clients balance their strategic business demands with the legal challenges they face.

This combination of law firm and in-house experience provides Kim the perfect balance to guide clients in reaching legally-sound and practical solutions on hiring and restrictive covenants, reductions in force, performance management, workplace investigations, and audits. Kim leads quarterly HR Forum events at the firm, which are roundtable discussions offering practical advice to clients on updates in the law.

Kim is proud to collaborate with her Seyfarth colleagues to provide national employers with efficient, sound advice and counsel on a myriad of the latest and greatest labor and employment matters. Kim also enjoys mentoring associates and working with them on their marketing skills through the HR Forum events she leads, as well as helping associates navigate the struggle to find work/life balance successfully.
