California is one of the most challenging states for employers to navigate. Whether facing the intricacies of wage and hour obligations, specific leave laws, accommodation requests, or more technical discrimination issues, employers need helpful guidance now more than ever. Clients look to Laura for her knowledge and experience in navigating these complex employment issues, and to develop proactive plans to prevent litigation.

Laura litigates both single-plaintiff and collective matters on behalf of employers across a wide range of industries, including industrial manufacturing, green energy and natural resources, aerospace, retail, health care, automotive, and news media. She has years of experience trying cases to success for clients.

Additionally, Laura conducts employment training for her clients’ employees, managers, supervisors, and executives. She has presented wage and hour refreshers, harassment and discrimination seminars, and executive workplace trainings.

Laura is passionate about working with her clients to help them meet their objectives, and enjoys the challenges that come with litigation and counsel.
