More About Lauren

Employers face nuanced and seemingly ever-evolving labor and employment laws in California and nationally. Lauren works with clients to find practical solutions to challenges presented by these shifting legal landscapes.

Lauren is an employment litigator who represents employers in complex, high‑stakes workplace disputes in state and federal courts. Her practice spans the full range of employment litigation, with particular depth in wage and hour class actions and representative PAGA actions, employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation matters, and breach of contract, wrongful termination, and unfair competition claims.

Lauren takes a practical, business‑focused approach to litigation, tailoring strategy to align with her clients’ operational realities and objectives. At the same time, she is a trial‑oriented litigator who prepares cases from the outset with the expectation that they may be tried. She has litigated employment matters through trial, including matters involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination allegations, as well as wage and hour and contractual issues.
