Matthew is frequently called upon to assist clients with new technologies, emerging platforms, and evolving distribution channels. He brings a practical, business-oriented approach to transactions, helping clients distinguish real risks from theoretical ones and translating complex legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance. His experience includes a wide range of agreements, such as IP licenses, technology and platform agreements, content and media deals, advertising and marketing arrangements, and other strategic commercial contracts.
