Seyfarth Represents Enformion in Acquisition of Kevari

August 13, 2026 - Seyfarth Shaw LLP represented Enformion, LLC, a portfolio company of 1876 Partners, in the acquisition of Kevari, a leader in fraud detection and investigation solutions for financial institutions. Enformion is a leading identity intelligence and analytics provider for identity verification, fraud and risk mitigation.

The acquisition brings together Enformion's extensive identity intelligence capabilities with Kevari's specialized expertise in new-account and account takeover (ATO) fraud prevention. Together, the combined company will allow its customers to reduce the cost of fraud management by delivering a more powerful and comprehensive platform designed to help organizations effectively detect and prevent fraud.
