Mitch advances his clients’ objectives by providing creative legal solutions to sophisticated challenges. He has a multifaceted practice representing clients in class and collective action, restrictive covenant, trade secrets, government investigation, discrimination, and harassment and retaliation matters. Mitch serves as a confidant for clients of all company sizes, across a variety of industries.
For nearly a decade, Mitch has successfully represented clients in federal and state courts, administrative proceedings, state and federal government investigations, and arbitrations across the United States. He often represents clients in bet-the-company matters requiring considerable litigation experience at both the trial court and appellate levels.
Mitch takes the time to distill complex legal issues so that clients can understand them and make informed decisions. He is also keenly aware that every legal matter brings its own unique considerations and challenges, so he prioritizes working collaboratively with clients to identify the appropriate outcomes.
Early in his career, Mitch worked as a legislative assistant in the US House of Representatives.
