Ralph is a problem-solving litigator who leverages his experience clerking for three federal judges to guide clients through intricate litigation challenges in the labor and employment space.


More About Ralph

Ralph utilizes a practical and strategic approach to his clients’ unique legal challenges. He advises employers regarding a myriad of employment matters, including wage and hour collective actions, discrimination claims, employee relations issues, ADA compliance, and FMLA compliance.

For nearly a decade, Ralph has counseled and represented private and public sector clients before federal courts across the nation and before administrative tribunals, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Merit Systems Protection Board, and in arbitrations. He has handled cases from pre-litigation through appeal, and understands the importance of quality representation and communication throughout the entire process. Ralph breaks down complex legal issues for clients, and leverages his writing skills to advocate for his clients.

Before starting with Seyfarth, Ralph served as legal counsel for one of the largest federal agencies in the nation, with a workforce of over 90,000 employees. He has also worked for  Am Law 100 firms, where he assisted clients with their labor and employment, mass tort, and commercial litigation needs. Throughout his career, Ralph has clerked for a US magistrate judge, a US district court judge, and a federal appellate judge.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Ralph was an elementary school teacher. He currently serves on the board of several nonprofits focusing on access to quality education, including Teach for America Metro Atlanta.
