With his background in marketing and technology, Reid focuses on user experience and finding solutions to issues clients sometimes don't realize even exist, while keeping a solution simple and easy to manage for everyone. He is committed to designing and building customized applications that deliver real value to clients.

Reid has experience with robotic process automation (RPA), chat bots, machine learning, automated workflows, UI/UX, and more. He has worked with many different clients to solve problems in creative ways, while adhering to legal requirements, technology best practices, and managing shifting priorities.

Reid likes to design a solution that is simple, yet effective. Because he focuses his work in RPA, he is able to wrap many background tasks together that can be automated, and involve the right people at the most important parts of a process. The end result is something that's a new idea on reducing the manual work they have been doing, or freeing up time to focus on the more complex parts of their day-to-day job.

Reid appreciates when technology can be used to leverage new and existing work. He values being part of a firm that is always trying to innovate and find new ways to move the industry forward.
