For more than 30 years, Bob has been combining his deep understanding of securities, tax, real estate, and partnership law to—simply or creatively—structure complex transactions and business combinations. As a trusted advisor and advocate with a track record of success, clients turn to Bob for assistance with real estate development, private placements, debt financing, joint venture formation, mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, lease negotiations, and corporate governance matters.

Bob also has a diverse general business practice helping clients form, manage, and operate businesses. As chair of the Corporate practice in Seattle, he brings leadership and insight to complex business matters. He started his legal career in the antitrust group of an international law firm in Washington, DC and, before practicing law, was an accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co.
