His litigation experience includes defending complex class actions and single-plaintiff lawsuits involving pension and welfare benefit claims, executive compensation disputes, benefit discrimination, and fiduciary responsibility. He has successfully managed high-stakes cases involving large multiemployer plans, church benefit plans, third party administration of employee benefit plans, 401(k) fee litigation, and proprietary fund disputes, demonstrating his ability to protect organizational assets and reputation.

Brad has experience representing health care plans and payors in health care reimbursement and provider billing litigation involving claims under ERISA, RICO, and state law, including the California Insurance Frauds Prevention Act.

Beyond litigation, Brad has extensive experience advising plan sponsors and fiduciaries on strategic issues such as plan design, legal compliance, investment oversight, and governance. He has guided organizations through Department of Labor audits and negotiated contractual relationships with service providers, ensuring operational integrity and risk mitigation.
