Seth has assisted clients with complex commercial litigation and appeals in fields as diverse as biotech, pharmaceuticals, investing and venture capital, electric power generation, water rights, and construction. He also has experience defending consumer class actions, including product class actions on behalf of a major auto manufacturer and cases involving consumer credit reporting.
Seth’s practice also involves advising and assisting clients with nonlitigation matters, including governance issues, corporate policies, and public records requests. He advises clients on how to avoid or mitigate potential disputes in a cost-effective way.
Additionally, Seth maintains an active pro bono practice. Some of his pro bono legal matters have included advocating for prisoners’ religious rights, representing Native American children in a suit against the Bureau of Indian Education, and advising non-profits on contracting issues.
Before becoming a lawyer, Seth served in the US Army and worked in the film industry.
