Sofya’s practice ranges from single-plaintiff to class action litigation, including defending employers against alleged wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violation claims. She has worked with employers in a variety of industries, such as food and beverage, health care, manufacturing, and entertainment services.
Sofya began her practice in insurance defense before shifting to the labor and employment sphere. Her time working in insurance defense provided her with experience working with both small business owners and larger, more established companies, and taught her how to best cater to the business needs of her clients.
