Throughout his career, Steve has worked as both an in-house attorney and outside counsel, helping employers resolve legal challenges they face on a day-to-day basis. He has a deep knowledge of federal and state wage and hour issues, including litigating class, collective, and complex employee pay, overtime, and hours-related lawsuits. Steve excels at breaking down complex issues in practical and concise ways so that clients can quickly package that information and distribute it to internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
Steve also has extensive experience representing and counseling employers in all aspects of the employer-employee relationship, including claims of discrimination, harassment, whistleblower, defamation, wrongful discharge, trade secret, covenants not to compete, wage and hour, retaliation, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and WARN Act.
