Lennon Haas is a senior associate in the Labor & Employment department in the Atlanta office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.

Mr. Haas represents companies of all sizes in employment related matters in state and federal courts.  His practice includes counseling and representing clients on a wide range of employment issues including federal, state, and local non-discrimination laws, wage and hour, reductions in force, work authorization and background checks, as well as employment and independent contractor classification.  Mr. Haas also has experience litigating the enforceability of restrictive covenants, including in executive level employment agreements.  Mr. Haas’ past litigation and advisory services have involved large financial institutions, the hospitality industry, consumer financial services companies, C-suite executives, and a variety of other entity and individual clients.

Mr. Haas has a strong interest in pro bono legal work.  He serves on the Junior Board of the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyer’s Foundation, and regularly counsels indigent individuals experiencing housing crises.  Mr. Haas also accepts court appointed representations of criminal defendants collaterally challenging their sentences on appeal in federal court.

Before joining Seyfarth Shaw, Mr. Haas clerked for three different federal judges in two districts in Georgia.  He enjoys running, golfing, hiking, and culinary adventures of all stripes.
