Michael Steinberg is an associate in the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. A member of the Labor & Employment Department, Michael represents employers in litigation with respect to a wide array of labor and employment matters, including representation of employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies against claims of discrimination, violation of wage and hour statutes, and breach of contract and wrongful discharge. Michael also has experience advising employers with regard to all aspects of their employee and personnel relations, including development of employee manuals, policies and procedures, and compliance with applicable state and federal statutes and regulations.

Before joining Seyfarth Shaw, Mr. Steinberg practiced as a litigation associate in the Boston office of an AmLaw 100 firm, where he handled both employment litigation and counseling matters as well as other litigation matters. After graduating from law school, he served as law clerk to the Honorable James R. Milkey of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
